HONEY

Copy of Bee2.jpg (47120 bytes)

We've started a new venture, raising honey bees, a simple yet not so simple endeavor.  There is a good deal to know when raising bees, yet they are much more low mainatnce than your typical barnyard livestock.  We started with one hive and now have moved up to three.  Last year we bottled over 75 pounds of honey.  Great Stuff Too, nothing like grocery store honey.  We do not pasturize.  The honey is rich and full of flavor, and we are Ohio Department of Agriculture inspected.
